Please be sure your email address you use at PayPal is the email you will want communication sent to. Please be sure to print a copy of the form page for your records, before submitting. Once you have completed the form, checkout with PayPal to transmit payment for your new membership application ($20 non-refundable fee). Full membership requires additional attendance and fees. You will receive a receipt for your PayPal payment via email.
